Our 18th century cottage is a short drive and a world away from life in New York City. On a winding road over a mountain where the Taconics meet the Berkshires, the air is clean and fragrant and alive with birdsong. Nestled among towering pines, sugar maples and wildflowers, neighbors are always dropping by: flitting hummingbirds, gossiping turkeys, sleek red foxes, a shy jackrabbit, a hungry, inquisitive bear who loves birdseed, a pair of bats who show up at cocktail hour, circle the house once or twice, and disappear….We aim to distill the essence of the pastoral lifestyle we love in home goods you can enjoy.
